We may be waiting for the freedom of the weekend that is now just peeping over the horizon, but listening to debut single 'Saltwater' from new surf band Geowulf - we're already on the beach. A dreamy melodic haze, in the style of Beach House, this duo emanate warmth with their lush relaxed chords. Based between London, Gothenburg and Berlin, they certainly seem well travelled and maybe that is why this feels like perfect holiday music. Fittingly, they have just signed an album deal with promising London indie label 37 Adventures, who brought us the likes of JONES, Deptford Goth and salute, so we’re expecting plenty more from where this came from. - SJ
